Why won't the charging cable fit in the back of the charging dock?

The USB charging cable that comes with the FlexSeries Kit should fit the charging port on the device and the charging dock.
When using your USB charging cable with the charging dock for the first time, you can help "wiggle" it into the port in the back to plug it successfully.
If the cable does not fit into the port of the charging dock at all, or if you see any obstructions inside the port that prevent you from using it, send us a photo so we can help you!
