I just received my FlexSeries, and it's not working. What's my next step?

We are sorry to hear your new shaver won't work. When using it for the first time, please charge the FlexSeries device for at least an hour, and you'll notice that the indicator light will turn on. Once it turns green, your shaver is good to go!
