Why Does My Order Show as “Partially Delivered” in the Shop App?Updated 4 hours ago

Thanks for checking on your order status — we know this message can be confusing.

What’s happening? The Shop app sometimes marks the free gifts in your bundle as “delivered” immediately after checkout, even though nothing has actually shipped yet. This is an automatic behavior within the Shop app and does not reflect the real status of your order.

Do I need to worry? Nope! Your full Freebird order — including all free gifts — ships together in a single package. Nothing is sent separately.

How will I know when it really ships? As soon as your order is on the move, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. At that point, the Shop app will update and show the correct status.

Still not seeing a shipment? If you don’t see tracking information within a few days, just reach out to us. We’re happy to take a look and make sure everything is on its way.
