You can always obtain your tracking information from your self-service account.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has shipped. Keep a lookout in your inbox for emails from Freebird.
Deliveries within the United States will arrive in 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout.
If you have not received your box within the normal shipping time frame, please reach out to our support team at hello@myfreebird.com and let them know your first and last name, as well as the email address your order was placed with.
