How do I know if I'm eligible to process a return?

Anyone is able to process a return within 30 days of receiving their order. There are a few requirements for different products, which are listed below. We do not accept any returns outside of our 30 day returns window policy.

FlexSeries Kits & Shaving Kit Bundles Returns Eligibility:

  1. You received your order less than 30 days ago
  2. Kits and bundles must be returned with all original components and in the original packaging
  3. Kits and bundles may be returned after being used, we want you to try our products and make sure you love them!

FlexSeries Blade Refill Returns Eligibility:

  1. You received your order less than 30 days ago
  2. The blade is new and the package has not been opened

Shave Essentials & Skincare Returns Eligibility

  1. You received your order less than 30 days ago
  2. The consumable products are at least 3/4 of the way full

Accessories Returns Eligibility

  1. You received your order less than 30 days ago
