How do I manage my subscriptions?
Within your self-service member portal, you have the ability to select a specific shipment date or adjust the frequency of your subscription plan in daily, weekly, and monthly increments up to 12 months.
Once signed in, select “Manage Subscriptions”.
- Find the plan you want to update from the list and select "edit"
- From here you can select a new frequency for your plan
- You can add/remove products for upcoming shipments
- You can change the next charge date by clicking the "Next Charge Date"
- Skip a shipment by selecting "Skip Shipment"
- Or click on "Order Now" to have your product ship the next day
- Update your shipping address for each subscription
- Update your payment method on file
