Can I cancel or edit an existing order?

Once an order is processed, it cannot be edited or canceled.

There is a short window of time between when your order is placed and when it is processed to ship. During this window, if you would like to edit or cancel your order, we will make our best effort to stop the box from processing to complete any requests. Once an order is processed by our warehouse, no changes can be made.

If you would like to cancel or edit your order, reach out to our support team at and include your first and last name and the email address you entered at checkout. We will do our best to complete any changes to your order before it is processed.
