If you're having performance issues, please check out some tips and tricks on how to get the best results. Many people were able to achieve the smooth, quick, and irritation-free shaves they were looking for, instead of returning things!
In order to process a return, please follow the returns guidelines below.
- Make sure you are eligible for a return (you have received your products within the last 30 days)
- Reach out to us by sending us an email or using the Contact Us page to initiate the return process. Make sure to include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
- If eligible, a dedicated Customer Experience Agent will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Please note that $7.95 will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping.
- Send the return, including all accessories, to our warehouse using the shipping label provided.
- Let us know you have dropped off your return at the post office. This way, we can monitor its progress and ensure your refund can be processed as soon as possible.
- We will process your refund (minus the $7.95 Shipping Fee) to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
