How do I process a return?
If you're having performance issues, please check out some tips and tricks on how to get the best results. Many people were able to achieve the smooth, quick, and irritation-free shaves they were looking for, instead of returning things!
In order to process a return, please follow the returns guidelines below.
- Make sure you are eligible for a return (you have received your products within the last 30 days)
- Reach out to us sending us an email or using the Contact Us page initiate the return process. Make sure to include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
- Choose a courier service and pay the cost of return shipping (we do not cover return shipping costs or provide return shipping labels)
- Send the return back to our warehouse address we provide within your ticket request.
- Send us your return receipt or tracking information by sending us an email or using the Contact Us page. Please include "RETURN INFORMATION" in the subject of the email. If you cannot provide your returns tracking information, we may not be able to process your return and refund.
- Once we receive your returns tracking or receipt information, we will process your refund and it will return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
